Queen & Co Winter Wonderland Card 2

 This is my second shaker card made with the Winter Wonderland Kit from Queen and Co.

The designer paper was from my stash as were the snowflake embellishments.

Winter Wonderland - Queen & Co

This card is made from the Queen & Co Winter Wonderland Kit just released.  This card is a Snow Globe shaker card.  This is the second kit I've purchased from them and I love it.  The kit contains everything you need to make the shaker cards including the pre cut acetate and adhesive backed shaker shapes.  I'll be making more cards with this kit.

Birthday Card for the Birthday Boy!

It seems every year at this time there is a lot to celebrate.  It starts with my Grandson's birthday then my Granddaughter's birthday then my birthday.  Add Halloween, Thanksgiving, my son and daughter-in-law's anniversary, and finally Christmas which is also my daughter-in-law's birthday!  Whew!

Keeps me busy making cards that's for sure.

The card above is for my Grandson.  His favorite colors are red and blue.  I found a similar card from 2014 on Pinterest here and updated my version a little bit.  I think he'll like it. 

Everything I used is Stampin Up with the exception of the Happy Birthday embossing folder which is probably Sizzix and may be long retired.

Heartfelt Creations Oh Holy Night

AnotherHeartfelt Creations card today.  If you haven't guessed I've been smitten by Heartfelt Creations stamps and dies these days.  Everything on the above card was created with their products. I absolutely love them.  Coloring was done with Zig markers and Archival inks.

Heartfelt Creations Under the Sea

My card is a Heartfelt Creations card.  The collection is called Under the Sea. The flowers are Hibiscus flowers from the same collection.  This collection is currently in the Limited Edition area on Heartfelt Creation's web site and is considerably discounted if you are interested.

Coloring was done on Heartfelt Creations Flower shaping paper with various Ranger Archival inks.

Sea of Textures Birthday Card

I made this card for my son's 53rd birthday!  Good grief, how did that happen???!  Anyway I saw the card Here after seeing the original card on Pinterest.  It uses a retired Stampin Up set called Sea of Textures.  I was able to follow along watching her video which is excellent.  I hope he likes it.

Punch Art Bunnies

These bunnies are on Stampin Up pizza boxes.  I found the design on Stamp Your Art Out - Rachel Tessman here.  Rachel made her bunnies for the Stampin Up Bakery Box but they also fit on the pizza box.  I think they are adorable and are very easy to make.  And there are many ways to use products from your stash if you don't have exactly what Rachel used.  Be creative!

Heartfelt Creations Basket with Wild Roses

I fell in love with the latest Heartfelt Creations Wild Rose collection that includes the designer paper, flowers and dies and the die to make the basket.  Layered under the flowers and leaves is a piece of vellum cut from the Decorative Medallion set of dies.

I've recently become enamored of everything Heartfelt Creations.  I love all the flowers.  They are a challenge for my fumble fingers but thankfully the stamps, dies and flower molds are a tremendous help.  Still practicing but enjoying every flower.  Since I won't be leaving the house any time soon making flowers will be keeping me busy.  Be well and safe.

Castle Easel Card

This castle easel card is a combination Anna Griffin Castle easel die, Heartfelt Creations flowers and designer paper and Stampin Up dragon and knight that were fussy cut from Stampin Up Designer series paper. The card stock used to cut the castle was retired Stampin Up Sweet Sugarplum and Rose Red.

I watched a You Tube video to help me figure out how to put the castle die together.  You can find that video here here.  At the time I made this card I only found the one video.  There may be more now.

Heartfelt Creations Easel Booklet Card

I'm really enjoying the products from Heartfelt Creations.  Written instructions to make this booklet card can be found here.  Of course you can decorate it the way you choose.  I'm still learning the basics so I only changed up the sentiment and the flowers.   The flowers are the small classic petunias from Heartfelt Creations. Love how it turned out.

Heartfelt Creations Cupcake Notepad Folder

The instructions I used to make the basic folder can be found on You Tube from Julie Scarpara here. I used the Sugarspun  Collection from Heartfelt Creations for all except the pink glimmer paper on the bow and the blue glimmer paper layer behind the large cupcake. Notepads are 5x8 that I  purchased from Sams Club.  And I added 3-D Crystal Lacquer to the large cherry on top of the cupcake.  They are easy to make and can be decorated for any occasion.  I know I'm going to make more.

Little Lady Bug Valentine Card

My friend Nancy over at Nanny's Pansy Patch was kind enough to let me stamp some of her lady bugs.  This is the card I made with them.    I think it's pretty self explanatory and I love it.  I added red rhinestones around each little lady bug.  Reminded me of their flight path.  The lady bugs on the front were punched with a circle punch.  The lady bug on the inside was cut with my Scan N Cut2.

Gangs All Meer Thinking of you.

I think the Gangs All Meer Stampin Up Sale a Bration set this year is adorable and had to have it.  There are several variations of the above type of card on Pinterest and so I had to try and make one.  I made two.  Neither of them is right but I made cards with them anyway.  Lots of mistakes but I just love the silhouettes.  After all only you and I will know.....right?  Go ahead, look closer.  I'll make another one eventually and hopefully it will be better.

Sealed With Love Valentine Peek a Boo Card

 As much as I like Stampin Up I also like the My Monthly Hero Boxes by Hero Arts.  This card is made with the Peek a Boo Die from Hero Arts.  Each little window/door opens to reveal a picture or sentiment.  The coordinating stamp can be stamped onto the doors or inside the doors.  I chose to stamp inside the doors so each door when opened revealed a candy conversation heart.  In order to not cover up any of the doors I made half a belly band and adhered it so that it could be opened by lifting the large heart.  The sentiments and dies for the arrow and hearts are from the Stampin Up Sealed with Love stamp set and Love Notes framelits.  I believe both are retired now.  This was a really fun card to make.

I edited this post to add the last picture that shows how the half belly band opens.  It opens and closes back to the front securely with hidden magnets.
